HOW IT MAKES IT WAY TO YOU

For all small & medium sized items:

We offer free delivery to the U.K. mainland (excluding extended zones and excluded postcodes) via our parcel courier. Our courier will deliver Monday to Saturday.

Large-sized items:

We offer free delivery to the U.K. mainland (excluding extended zone and excluded postcodes) via our parcel courier. Our two man courier service will call to arrange a convenient time to deliver.

For Sofas and Armchairs:

Please check the specific delivery time for these items as many are made to order.  If a sofa is made to order, it will entail a 9 week delivery period, something standard in sofa retail.  Armchairs can be in stock and ready for delivery - this will be reflected in the product description.

How long though!?

For all items that are in stock we deliver within 5 working days. If the item is back ordered, we will deliver the item within 5 days of it reaching our warehouse, depending on your delivery requirement.

RETURNS FOR ALL ITEMS

  1. Fill in the returns form within 14 days of delivery.
  2. We'll email you an order return number.
  3. Pop your parcel back to us in the post wrapped as securely as possible. We recommend a recorded mail service that's happy to handle packages of all sizes.
  4. If it's a large item, and you wish for us to arrange delivery back to us, it's not a problem. Give one of our Boasters a call and we will be happy to arrange a collection. The cost of this will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
  5. We will refund you in full. If it's the whole order you're returning we'll also refund the original delivery charge too. Please note we do not cover the cost of posting back the item.
